Clean hotel, kids loved the pool.
Great Hotel with nice, clean rooms and bathrooms. The pool area was great for the kids, they loved it. You can see that the pool and some other parts of the Hotel needs renovation, but conpared to most other hotels in Thailand in this price range we think it was worth the money. Big breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. A bit expensive to eat at the hotel, but there are also several great authentic Thai restaurant in the main road. We only stayed a night. I’d there’s was something that was not that good was the toilets in the pool area. They were smelly (as many toilets in Thailand). Surin beach is located 45-60minutes from the Rassada Pier in Phuket town and would cost you approx 1200 baht with a Toyota Camery or similar. We would definitely come back (and we will actually in 10 days at the end of our holiday for 1 final night in Thailand before heading back to Norway).

Flott hotell med mye underholding til barna.
Novotel ligger bra til med bare 100 skritt fra surin beach. Der er egentlig alt du trenger på hotellet så man trenger ikke forlate hotellområdet om man ikke vil. Maten på hotellet er dyr, men der er gode alternativ rett utenfor til under halve prisen . Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

Greit nok hotell
+ miniland var strålende, ungene elsket det. Bra basseng område og vennlig og behjelpsom personale på hele hotellet - harde senger og puter, halve hotellet var under oppussing når vi var der så var til tider en del bråk, ikke så god frokost (men ellers god mat i restaurantene), 3 av 4 ble matforgiftet på forskjellige restauranter utenfor hoteller der i blant på nabo hotellet chava. Nær stranden og fint med basseng og sklie for barna. Hyggelig personale. Mat og drikke var dyr og ikke spesielt god, anbefaler heller lokale restauranter utenfor. Heilt grei standard på rom, rengjøring hver dag.

Hyggelig personale.
Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Vi hadde suite med tilgang til bassenget. Personale var utrolig hjelpsom og hyggelig. Minuset er at de har veldig høye priser på mat og drikke. Lokalområdet er lite.

Hotellrommet hadde en veldig bra størrelse til en familie. Bassengområdet var fint med forholdsvis lite folk der på dagtid. Minus med hotellet var at det ikke ligger helt på stranden og at det ligger i et området der det skjer lite på kveldstid

Nice hotel. Big hotel. Nice pool area. Not difficult to find vacant sunbeds by the pool. Friendly staff. Many good restaurants by the beach. Approx 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Preis Leistung ist hier völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren bis auf Kleinigkeiten zufrieden. Das Personal ist immer bemüht es den Gästen recht zu machen. Kinder Animation ist auch absolut Top. Leider muss man aber sagen das die Pool Anlage schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend Saniert werden müsste. Absolute Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Die Preise fürs Essen im Hotel, sind auch Wucher. Da lieber direkt nach draußen gehen. Viele Gäste, die meinen sich nicht an Regeln halten zu müssen... schade das dass Personal da nicht blickig ist wenn abends bis in die Puppen im Pool gefeiert wird. Ungünstig für ein auf Kinder ausgelegtes Hotel welche da eigentlich schlafen wollen.

Prix des boissons et des menus plus du triple que les restaurants de la rue. Nettoyage de la salle de bains laisse à désirer, nettoyage de la chambre à 17.30 trop tard. L'accès à la plage est le parcours du combattant, les heures de prendre et déposer les linges de plage sont peu pratiques. Hormis la qualité des lits, rien ne nous encoragera à revenir dans cet hôtel.

Close to the Beach. 2 slides are quite unique at Phuket and are great for the kids. Morning Buffet above average, but e.g. no real juices. Inside dining in general very expensive. Close to shops and restaurants.

Overall, maintained needed ! Toilet leakage , Air-cond issue , yellow stain at toilet bowl Booked for family deluxe room, but upon late check in around 11.30pm, the bunk bed in room still have not set up Called and waited for almost 30min to get the housekeeping to set up for us. Then encounter toilet leakage issue Called and the maintainance team checked on the next day Then Aircond not working at mid night The amount that we paid didn’t match with the value that expected!

Das Hotel liegt in erster Reihe zum Stand. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber, großzügig und mit guten Wasch- und Pflegeutensilen ausgestattet. Im Poolbereich hab ich immer eine freie Liege gefunden, der Garten ist gepflegt und die Palmen sorgen für Schatten. Etwas schade, das die Preise für Essen und Trinken im Hotel extrem hoch sind. Auch Aktionen, die nur von mehreren Personen genutzt werden können (kauf 3,+1 gratis, all you can eat), sind für Alleinreisende nicht geeignet. Der Pool könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Ihan mukava perheelle sopiva majoituspaikka. Mukava allasalue. Lapsille paljon tekemistä. Ja lähellä Surinin rantaa ( 2 min kävely). Ainoa suuri miinus tulee homeen hajuisista huoneista. Epäilen että haju johtui ilmanvaihto järjestelmästä.

Really sweet staff, and many activities for children. Not much to see outside the hotel beside the nice beach. If you want to spent time just in hotel, it is perfect for kids. I wish the hotel would stop offering trips for tigershpws, dolphin shows and other animal cruelty events.

The staff was SO sweet. Nice activities for kids. The room are not in the best condition. The doors are very heavy and can’t open fully up. Kids can’t open the Doors by them self. The hotel is nice and the Beach is very close with small shops. But no “city”. Only 1 street nearby with few shops. The “ice popcicle” phone was fixed, but can only be used 1 hour a day. Otherwise it looks like the pictures with all facilities. Nice breakfast with many choices.

Staff was amazing but…..
I booked a king size and got a nice and decent twin. Changed to king after 1 night. It was in a bad state. Fridge not working. Got a new fridge. Also not working. Third fridge worked. After 6 days or so, suddenly water came down from ceiling (next to light spots). Couldn’t be fixed. Had to change room again (third time). Got upgraded to a very run down family suite. This hotel needs a serious renovation!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Seems like the hotel management has forgotten about maintenance of facilities and rooms. Cracks in the cement, lights burnt out, toilet constantly makes a high pitch sound, frames around doors peeling, fridge in the room doesn’t work, eaves either broke Or leaking throughout the facility, swimming pool filtration system doesn’t actually work (have a portable filter pump that they only run at night) Breakfast is good but the same every day. Restaurant and drinks are way over priced, which is probably the reason why the restaurant is empty once breakfast is over.

Some rooms are horrible and some are okay
The first room I got, the AC didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the drawers on a cabinet were off track, and an electric plug to a lamp was loose and the lamp flickered off and on. I complained and they tried to send someone out to fix the AC. I finally got the manager to switch my room and they upgraded my room. The upgraded room was okay and the AC worked well. I tried the restaurant three times during my stay. The food was overpriced and not very good. The drinks at the pool bar were very good and the pool was nice. The hotel has some beautiful landscaping and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few power outages at the hotel during my stay, other hotels did not seem to be affected. One power and water shut off was planned and notice was given ahead of time. We were without water and electricity for about 6 hours.
