As for a handicap person and a power chair your doors were unsuitable for any handicap person to get in anybody in a regular wheelchair. Can’t even get into your room. Every door we went through was too small and your rooms were too expensive.»

«I was very pleasantly impressed with the Capri Inn. Friends of mine who live in St. Catharines warned me to stay away! The Inn is exceptionally clean - the room, the washroom, the grounds, stairways - everything! The shower is amazing - tub was spotless (caulking in place and mould free). The toilet was clean, the sink was clean - even the furniture was clean and dusted. The bed was amazingly comfortable, as were the pillows. Spacious rooms, very clean, great Spa and the biggest shopping outlet in the region about 100m away! ...and, add perfect hosts also. White Oak staff are a true gem. Concierges, room service - and Tony tops it all. I stay more than 150 days a year in hotels around the World and this stay is up there, among the top 3.»

«Parking ok. Mini fridge didn't have freezer door. Elevator door kept opening and closing every 45 seconds all night. No phone it room to call front desk. Access door to lobby locked and not unlocked on time. No ID requested at check in or validation of reservation #. Breakfast not available on time. Air condition barely worked and was very noisy, but at least it blocked out noise of elevator. »

«I had previously booked a room at another hotel it was a very horrific experience so I was nervous and it was a very last minute decision to go to Howard Johnson Inn , however when I arrived all my anxiety vanished the front desk were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The cleaning staff whipped up a room for me in no time and everyone was amazing! Great service, clean rooms, wifi and continental breakfast definitely recommend!»
