«Older building that is well maintained. Grounds are kept up too. Fridge didn’t get cold but was acceptable. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to many restaurants and stores. Would recommend. »

«The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good.»

«Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value.»

«Great experience. Got checked in by Tony - a very friendly and customer oriented guy. He gave us a very good start on our stay. The place is perfect. Spacious rooms, very clean, great Spa and the biggest shopping outlet in the region about 100m away! ...and, add perfect hosts also. White Oak staff are a true gem. Concierges, room service - and Tony tops it all. I stay more than 150 days a year in hotels around the World and this stay is up there, among the top 3.»

«The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me.»

«Room itself was clean. Staff in a way helpful. Air conditioning unit was old, still in working condition but not necessary as it was rather cold. Parking was available right in front of the door. Beds were very very hard, fridge was freezing everything in, and microwave is on its last stretch (mismatched parts - plate was from the different one and was not turning). the faucet in the bath tub was broken and for the first few minutes I got dirty back water coming out of it. No security for ...
