Likte ikke: Renhold, fasiliteter og overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand
Everything was wrong. First room we were goven had used tissues, and a monster can and cigarette butt on floor. I complained and was offered another room, i went in and it hadnt been cleaned from the previous guest, mind u this was after 8pm, and house keeping gone for the day. Then they upgraded us to a family suite, whiched seemd good but then startes noticing mold around the doors, no handles on the sliding doors, and later in the evening when the kids were playing we found mouse poop in the couch and in cupboards, we had no phone in our room and twice went to talk to find someone at the front desk, and there was nobody there and nobody answering the phone they have in the lobby, We had no faceclothes even after requesting some, i asked for housekeeping and they made 1 bed, and vaccuumed the couch and left my other bed which sheets were falling off, unmade. We sufferes theu because what choice did we have by that point. Then i went for water in the middle of the night, only to find a mouse on the counter. Absolutely horrible experience and would NOT recommend to anybody, nor will i ever stay there again.
