«We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. «This was my first Vrbo experience. We had all the amenities, for way less cost than a hotel. Amazing location, easy to get to. Great host! Was understanding and kind when my cluesless self had anxiety about just walking onto a stranger's property for check-in. I highly recommend this property!»

«I booked this place for my elderly father to stay while visiting us. Too many steps, everything was a trip hazard for him, the most uncomfortable bed and the noise was ridiculous so he got no sleep ! The cherry on top was the smoke from the people in the main house , it was coming through to his room. »

«Joseph's VRBO was a complete package, full kitchen with a separate laundry and dryer room, comfortable bed and living room area. Also, a big yard with a gate for safe parking and my dog to run around in. Joseph is very welcoming and communicative (when the messaging in the VRBO app works) and will work with you to make your stay even more comfortable. Walking around the neighborhood with my dog, everyone waves and stops to talk with you. I will definitely love to stay again!»

«We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy. «The master bedroom was really great and roomy. All the rooms had great features and was a comfortable house overall. Lots of rules and warnings. It seems many are forced by the city of Anaheim so you can't blame the property managers for some. The house is farther from Disney than you think. You have to be willing to walk for 30 minutes before you start your day if you plan to stay here and walk. I would stay again.»
