No party • Absolutely no parties or events allowed. • Violation will result in a $3000 fine, immediate eviction, and possible police involvement.
Noise • Normal indoor noise (talking, TV, music at reasonable volume) is permitted at any time. • Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum after 9 PM to respect neighbours. • Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour at any time is not allowed
No smoking or vaping • Smoking or vaping (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, chew tobacco, or any other substances) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. • Violation will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
Pets • Up to two well-behaved pets allowed with prior approval; $200 pet fee per stay. • Pets must not be left unattended inside the house. • Bring your pet’s bedding and feeding bowls; clean up after pets in the yard. • Any damage caused by pets will incur additional charges. • Unapproved pets will result in a $600 fine.
Cancellation • Our cancellation policy is firm in all circumstances. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to protect their trips.
Wildlife • Bears may be present; please keep all food and trash indoors.

This was a great and convenient place to stay in the Chilliwack area. Everything was very clean and setup very nicely. Thank you for the great experience!
We had a fantastic stay, this place really delivered on comfort, space, and those “wow” moments. The scenic view from the back deck was a highlight. BBQ dinners became a must while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It’s the kind of spot that makes you slow down and enjoy.Inside, the home is very well furnished and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a great coffee/tea station and a few treats. The space was clean, well-kept, and very spacious. And the the master bedroom felt like its own retreat.My parents appreciated the nearby walking paths with lots of trees, adding to the relaxing vibe .Communication with the host was excellent. Quick, helpful, and full of great local tips. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.We lucked out with early May weather at 28C, making the outdoor space even better .A couple of small things to note:Hot water may be on-demand, as it can take a bit to heat up.The thermostat follows a set schedule, so keeping it cool later in the evening may require a manual override.Overall, these were minor details in an otherwise perfect stay. We’d definitely recommend it for a trip to Chilliwack!
