Day of check in, I had not received check in info so I contacted the host. I was told the property was rented theough July and was not available. I called VRBO and they took an hour to confirm this. «We had family of 6 with ages from 5-81 years and one very old weiner dog. Fishing was amazing.There are some really large bass in the pond but you have to give them what they want. Our lips are sealed so good luck! Spent most of the time on the deck as it is so peaceful. Heard my first deer snort and it isn't what you would expect. My hubby is a life long hunter so he knew. «We have been to Hocking a few times already but this was the first trip where we brought our teens. The house was very spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen and gas grill to cook was awesome. Nice touches like full soaps and plenty of paper towels and cleaning tools helped us maintain the house during our stay. Washer and dryer are super helpful. Location was far enough away from the tourist areas and very quiet. It was too hot to enjoy the hot tub but it was clean and clear. Deer and turkey ...

«I wanted to love the property but it isn’t lovable. The outside view leaves alot to be desired. This has nothing to do with the property. The property itself looks well groomed. The view of the neighbor’s backyard was not good. For a short 2 night stay the price was great. It is well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. I would like to have had harder water pressure and hotter water, but I know that is just my personal preference. For the price, it was a great find.»

«I really enjoyed my stay here, and the location can’t be beat! Right off the highway, in a quiet historic neighborhood. The garage happily fit my Honda CRV with room to spare, check-in was easy. The neighborhood is great for walking, with a fantastic park and several good coffee shops. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.»

«This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails.
