«This was a perfect experience for what we wanted. Carla is amazing. Pick up was easy. She arranged a rental for us to use. The lodge was secluded (which we loved and wanted). It was clean and view of the ocean from our window and balcony along with the stars at night beyond perfect. We will stay here every time we visit. »

«Excellent house for a family! Close to the airport and right off the main road. Awesome view of the fjord and snow capped mountains.10 minutes by car into town for restaurants and shopping. Car is definitely a must! Would stay here again if back in the area! »

«I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. »

«La.maison est mal propre, les matelas noirci, les ustensiles de cuisines sale, pas assez d'ustensiles ppir 10.personnes. La maison sens le moissi. Elle n'offre pas de draps ( ce n'etait pas stipulé dans l'affichage, quand j'ai reservé), elle.me.charge 30 eu pour me preter des draps et des servilletes mais elle arrive avec des draps sale avec mauvaise odeurs et 2 servilletes pour 10 personnes!!!! L'hôte n'est pas tres agreable a rencontrer, elle a l'air d'être derranger, ne reponds pas au ...

«Great place with lots of room inside and outside. The kitchen had lots of bowls and plates etc. Laundry machines available inside and a garage to park a vehicle. The location is central and close to the highway. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. »

"Hyggelig innsjekk. Fint bassengområde. Parkering i kjeller. Romslig rom. God madrass og laken. Lav bemanning bak baren i f.t. mengde gjester. God pisco sour. Noen av matrettene manglet deler av innhold og fikk ikke info før man etterspurte det som manglet. Ok frokost. Avokadoen glimret med sitt fravær, ellers god variasjon. Harde rundstykker og minibrød. Rask og effektiv utsjekk. "
