There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again»

Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!) Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage.
