«We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Matosa and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Communication with the owner was great, and the house was well thought out. Kitchen was very well equipped and decor throughout is nice. We know the area very well so we knew where to go etc but for anyone that has not stayed you will need a car. «Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available.»

«Una casa muy agradable, en un entorno muy tranquilo, lo normal es utilizar el coche (Chiclana centro y la Labarrosa a unos 10 mnts), pero tienes Lidl y Mercadona a 1'3 km con lo que puedes ir andando y a 15 mnts andando un par de bares. En cuanto a la casa, lo mejor es la piscina, los anfitriones estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de que estuviera en orden y muy limpia y didpuestos a ayudar con cualquier problema que tuvieramos. «The property is beautiful. It is surrounded with a great garden and pool. Amazing olive trees complete the landscape and makes it unique. It’s a peaceful and safe neighborhood with a 5 min walk distance from a nice local restaurant and grocery store. The house have all you need to have a comfortable and nice vacation. «La casa está pensada para 6 personas ya que el resto de las habitaciones están en el sótano sin ventanas y con mobiliario improvisado. El resto de la casa muy bien, como en las fotos.Hemos disfrutado mucho pero hay que tener en cuenta que que no tiene ningún detalle de bienvenida como botella de agua o algún papel higiénico completo, almohada extra... «We loved the villa and our brief get away with friends this October half term. The owners were so supportive. The villa was superb- spacious, beautify cleaned, offering all amenities you need when in holidays. We were able to use the pool despite a bit temperamental weather at times .
