A supermarket and a selection of shops are 1.5 km or a 4-minute drive away while the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, with a fantastic array of restaurants, bars and shops, is about 3 km or a 6-minute drive from the property. You can reach the most popular beaches of the region, Novo Santipetri and Playa de la Barrosa, in just 10 minutes by car (7 km). Furthermore, about 800 m from the home you will find Pinar de la Espartosa, a forest of Mediterranean pine trees, which you invites you to a relaxing walk or to all kinds of outdoor sports. The highway N-340 is not far, making this house a great starting point for excursions to Tarifa or Los Caños de Meca.
