«TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every person in this hotel has an attitude . The bell woman smacking her gum asking what i need , the valet that walks away saying remarks under their breath about a tip , and the overall staff feels like you’re burdening them by any interaction . Coming from LAS VEGAS , this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had while paying premium for a top of the line room . Stay anywhere in Atlantic City but here . «Parking at the hotel is not a good situation at all! The elevator is the size of a broom closet literally!! Other than those 2 items wasn’t bad. Room small but clean. It was surprisingly quiet while we were there. Short walk to boardwalk u can see it out of your window.»

«On a general basis its a really cool hotel and on the surface it's beautiful, but when you look closer it's really old and worn now, and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpet was ducktaped together, smells of weed everywhere, and the furniture was absolutely filthy and disgusting. We had to get an extra sheet just to cover the sofa so we could sit in it.
