«It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to.»

«We met the host at check in and he kindly showed us the trickier things around the house like the water heater, fancy thermostat, and gas stove. He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety.
