«This rental is about convenience and location. A half a block from U Street and a green line metro station -- that was the perfect combo for our needs: good restaurants and easy access to Smithsonian museums. We ate in the neighborhood all three nights (Barcelona, Doi Moi and Eatopia) and happy with all. Self check-in and check-out were easy, too. Each bedroom has a double bed that can sleep two. «The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What ...

«We loved this rental! It had everything we needed including a lovely kitchen, cozy living room area, 1.5 bathrooms, and beds that were so comfortable! The location is great, too. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked into the city (just under 2 miles) for the museums but it would be a short and easy drive or uber ride in! Hosts were so kind and communicated well. We will definitely be back!»

«The condo was perfect for our family stay. It’s location was great - near our daughters place and convenient to shopping, restaurants on the Rosslyn metro. Also an easy walk across the bridge to Georgetown. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the appliances worked. Our bed was comfortable. The 3rd bdrm is only accessible though the 2nd bdrm. This was fine for us as our adult daughters like sharing spaces. Overall pleased with the apartment and would stay here again. »
