«The host is very responsive and helpful . There is a good place to lock up bikes. We would prefer the big table in the main bedroom be downstairs for puzzles and games so you don’t have to clear the game table for meals. It was close to a store and we could walk or bike where we needed. It’s well stocked with basics and we really appreciate the attention to detail and having spices and shampoo and such provided. The house is also very pretty. We really had a great time there. »

«This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Only two blocks from the Metro station so we didn't need a car. The neighborhood had many local places to eat and several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again if we return to DC. »

Outside of building is old and unkept, especially for the DuPont Circle area. . Patio is dirty and dingy. One of the beds listed is a cot type bed in a hallway. All bedrooms are only big enough to fit the bed. It is small so just beware»

«We were overall very pleased with our stay. It got pretty warm in the upstairs rooms, but there were fans and a portable air conditioner to help cool it down. Not much as far as dressers to unpack or for comfortable seating to lounge but we made do and would definitely stay here again. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this home and felt very safe and secure.»
