«We stayed one night. Check-in was quick, room was clean. AC worked super well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing, I didn't find hot water for my shower in the morning ... They don't have a breakfast buffet , it's a la carte and it's not included. I didn't eat just had a coffee. Staff was nice and courteous. Overall good stay. »

«While the hotel is situated in a beautiful area with lovely walking paths, my stay was unfortunately cut short due to hygiene issues. The room was not cleaned properly; I found hair on the blankets, and the spare bedding had a very unpleasant odor. Additionally, the breakfast consisted mostly of packaged items rather than fresh options. Due to the lack of cleanliness, I checked out after just one night and moved to the nearby Holiday Inn.»

«Overall, this is a very good hotel and one I would gladly return to. I really wanted to give it 5 stars because it gets so many things right—friendly staff, clean rooms, comfort, breakfast, ample parking, and great value in general. The staff truly stands out. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. «Room was not clean.bathroom & Desk had paint missing. Stuff behind nightstand. Window dirty. Elevator dirty.Hotel did not provide a Do not disturb sign in room had to ask the front desk for one. Staff was only ok. Breakfast was all carbs. Could have more fruit options. Pancake mix was soured. Parking lot was dirty, cigarette butts, trash. Pool was not even working. »

«All was fine, except they charged me a day I didn’t stay, due a flight delayed and I called that I was going the day after very early. I went the day after 7:00AM and they rent my room to another person, and I have to wait until 11am that person did the checkout and the staff clean my room, the room I was charged that day. They also charge me with $100 fee for cleaning, and the only day they have clean my room was the day I came to the facilities the other 3 days (all my stay) they didn’t clean ...
