The Hotel was great. Expedia was the worst we have been using Expedia for awhile now but won’t again. We got to the desk, they couldn’t get the info from yall to check us in. The Assistant General manager came to the desk to help us. I pulled up my booking, there was no confirmation email from yall even though I showed them my bank account where the money had already been taken out by Expedia and my confirmation email for Expedia.They started a conversation with Expedia on my phone and it still took an hour for Expedia to send the hotel the email confirmation so they could check us in. We are in our 70’s . By the time we got to our room I had the privilege of throwing up for the next 30 minutes.
