«Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road.»

«Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. »

«Had to go through a 3rd party to get any info. 3rd party did provide correct # and name and host did respond. Great for the family to attend military ceremony. No coffee available at check in. Dishes put away unclean. Missing pieces to almost each game. Poker table but not a single deck of cards. Closes enough to go get essentials though. Grass did get mowed during our stay. Overall good property.»

«We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed.»

«Room was clean and host was available. Door lock system was tricky, especially at night with no light.»

«It was clean and nicely Renovated. It was clear, that they have put in work to improve the house. The showers could use a user manual.»

«Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.»

«We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!»

«Perfect crib for myself and my bridesmaids we throughly enjoyed thank you!!!»

«It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation»

«The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was on site. The owner communicated check-in details the day before our arrival date so there was no guesswork. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. We visit the area twice a year, and we will be staying here again next spring.»

«The property was exactly as listed. Very responsive communication from the owner.»

«All was great»

«We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.»

«Lots of mosquitoes, but they do anticipate this and give you bug spray to protect yourself while you're out on the deck.»

«Very cool place. Classic. Interesting layout. Great owner.»
