Det var ikke informert om at rommene var uten air condition; noe som er en selvfølge i 2023 og som er påkrevet med nær 30 grader ute. Vi måtte oppgradere og fikk merkostnad da det viste seg at de hadde to rom med air condition.

Fantastisk beliggenhet i et stille område. 5 min å gå til jernbanen og 3 min til bussterminalen. 2 min å gå til sentrum. Kan man ønske mere. Bra rom og god service.

Meget skuffet. Ved innsjekking lørdag ettermiddag, ble vi fortalt at vi kunne kun ha frokost kl 0700 søndag morgen. Vi var borte hele søndagen og kom tilbake til hotellet kl1800. Da hadde de ikke vært og ordnet rommet. Dessuten manglet dere i beholderens, så jeg måtte be om å gjøre rommet istand og også fylle såpe i beholdererne. Meget skuffet opplevelse. Kommer ikke til å benytte dette hotellet igjen.

Overall good hotel. Bit expensive bearing in mind no toiletries or bottled water. Also car parking was additional. Restaurant could do with a spruce up it’s a bit dated. Staff friendly and courteous.

The hotel is amazing, great and friendly staff, rooms are wonderful but looking slight tired now but everything worked in the rooms. I would fully recommend people to stay at this hotel. The one downside the wi-fi was very slow and struggled to connect sometimes so if your on a business trip keep that in mind.

Very conveniently located for exploring the City on foot, and a nice spa to relax in after a day of walking around. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Booked a business room, did not have a USB connection. Note on bathroom wall stated use shower mat but was not one in room, when i asked at reception they stated you have to ask for one. Toilet paper so thin very cheap.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Mill Spa. The location was brilliant for walking into Chester centre. The rooms were adequate albeit cosy. Everything we needed with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was more than adequate and the dining room pleasant. The bar area, spa, swimming and gym facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park was a bit cosy and often full. We also found the area around the hotel difficult to navigate to start with. After a day or two we had it down pat. Would definitely stay here again. A great stay and very central for touring.

lovely and clean hotel staff friendly, spa was great lady cleaning changing area was chatty and friendly, only - is the light out side the room is so bright at night and shown though under the door at night i like a dark room to sleep apart from that room was nice and clean.

Close to city centre. Unfortunate that we had noisy neighbours, not much the hotel could have done about that. Staff very helpful, breakfast ok as far as buffet breakfasts go.

The hotel is a good city hotel, not plush. The spa is excellent but the bar is too much a sports bar with no comfortable seating.

Bed not comfortable - hard. Steak meal so tough as to be inedible - would have complained but too tired. Staff unfailingly polite and helpful. Barge trip has since been recommended to us which we would like to go on but would probably not stay at the hotel again.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. A great price, breakfast included was lovely. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. All areas are very clean. We loved the pool for early morning swim. Definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay. 4 adults in our party.

I’d thoroughly recommend the hotel, it is situated close to the city centre and the train station. Friendly staff, good size rooms, comfortable and convenient for a visit to Chester.

The food was excellent we had the breakfast, service was very good the lady on reception was very knowledgeable and very helpful friendly, the hotel seemed a little tired and requires a refurb as did the room we stayed in but overall would recommend had a fab time

Would have left 5 stars,but the extractor fan in bathroom was continuously on. Did go to reception but nobody came to fix it. Other than that we had a fantastic time and would definitely return,as long as that fan was fixed

Room size was good, however far too dark with limited lighting. Bathroom would benefit from hooks or rails, as no where to hang towels. Also a magnifying mirror/shaving mirror would be helpful. Pillow qyality very poor, but bed comfortable.

Hotel was good ate in restaurant first night but it was same menu the next night so ate somewhere else. The older guy in restaurant for breakfast was rude and did not put our order through for extra coffees. Breakfast basic. It could have had a coffee machine where you could get different coffees like in other hotels.

Staff were brilliant!!! Nothing was too much, helpful, polite and professional. Everyone, including the cleaning stay said good morning. The spa was lovely.
