On the ground floor: a 30m² living room with dining area and lounge, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bedroom with a 140cm X 190cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets.

Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140cm X 190cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90cm X 190cm beds and a toilet with a washbasin. In the two bedrooms upstairs, the original beams of the building are at a height of 1.55m.
