Queens Hotel Cheltenham

8/10 Bra

"Despite arrogant front desk staff in daytime and a lot of fuss around a promised later check-out - which ended in rude behaviour from frontdesk and ended in me being thrown out before the agreed time, the hotel is very good and maintains high standard."

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

8/10 Bra

"The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is.
