One off-street parking spot, with additional paid parking available at the Amtrak parking lot (3/12/50 per hour/day/week, ~3 min) Please make sure to review all photos/descriptions!

Bathroom Shower: The house is 100 years old, and the one and only bathroom reflects that! Please note that the shower is 3ft x 3ft and is functional for most people but could be a bit snug for others. Otherwise, the bathroom is very clean and in great condition.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, complete with linens, multiple pillows, a cozy comforter, and extra blankets. You will also find a tower fan with a remote control, as well as a ceiling fan to ensure a comfortable temperature. For convenience, there is a suitcase rack and a full-length mirror. USB charging ports for phones are also available on each bedside table.

Living Room: Living room includes Samsung Smart TV with Amazon firestick remote - Netflix & HBO included. One Bluetooth speaker on table and high-speed internet are also available.

Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped; features include a gas stove, microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine (we provide pods to get you started). We also have a toast oven/air fryer, a work station, and a wide selection of pots, pans, plates, cups, and flatware. Additionally, we have bakeware and (pretty much) everything else you might need (except for food). Before you go shopping, please check to see what we already have!

Pets: One leash, dog bowls, and bags are provided for your convenience!

Backyard: Large, gated backyard - (make sure both gates are closed and) feel free to let your dog roam around! Outdoor furniture on back patio and Weber charcoal grill (in the shed) are also provided. We do have the backyard sprayed regularly for mosquitoes and ticks.
