«It was a beautiful room with luxurious robes, (even little slippers that I only noticed when I was leaving lol.)
I loved seeing the post cards and stationary in the room binder.
A lot of attention to details throughout the rooms and building.
Check in and out was friendly and efficient.
Bed was Super comfortable.
We didn’t use the breakfast service that was included but we did go look at it. We were impressed by all that it offered not just cereal and toast.
Would highly recommend and stay ...

«My daughter and I had a great 3 night stay at The Hotel on Pownal. This is an older hotel that has been updated and modernized. Walking distance to downtown core and restaurants, excellent on-site parking (with electric charging noted), comfortable beds and bedding, and a great breakfast that included a wide selection of gluten free options for my celiac daughter, including a designated space and gluten-free-only toaster. «I stayed for a few days in wintry January. The room (facing Pownal, 3rd floor) was a clean and cozy refuge from the weather. There was a thermostat I could adjust when it was especially cold and windy outside. The staff were all lovely and every morning I enjoyed complementary coffee available downstairs. There are single-use cups available, however, I brought my own thermos which I took to my room and sat back to enjoy the beautiful morning sky from the window.
