«We found leftover garbage in the room from previous guests. There were a ton of ants in the bathroom and sometimes crawling up the walls. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. Theres were huge gaps between floors and walls. The little pub there was great and the food was delicious. »

«From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. «Everything was great! The only feedback would be that the room need a good dusting as there was a lot of dust on the headboard, bathroo. Shevles, and the shelf with the wine glasses. Those areas looked like they hadnt been dusted in months»

«The apartment was incredible as were all the furnishings and kitchen appliances plus utensils. The 3 night stop we had on what is a long 50 day trip around Canada and Alaska was brilliant and the washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment were a fantastic touch. Cannot fault our stay and the included breakfast was excellent as well!!!!!!!!!»
