​Welcome to the Blissful Lake Retreat on Lake Norman. This waterfront home with private dock, Hot Tub, Outdoor Kitchen and over 4,000 square feet comfortably sleeps 12 people! Beautifully designed and recently renovated with Modern Farmhouse finishes and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining or relaxation spaces.
​This home is perfect for one or two families that love the comfort of resort style living, watersports, seclusion, and the outdoors. Nestled on the Northwest side of Lake Norman in popular Heron Cove. Blissful Lake Retreat is less than 10 minutes away from the brand-new Publix, multiple dining options, Dunkin Donuts and several other retail amenities.
​ The main floor contains and open kitchen design with all of the modern appliances, cookware and tools you need for your getaway! Watch the game or relax outside in the first of two screened in porches that the home features. Dining room and full size dining table. Here you will also find the Primary suite with views of the lake, jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, king bed and a 65” Smart TV
​Travel upstairs to find the second bath with dual vanities and a tub/shower. Two more guest bedrooms with queen beds. Adjacent to the rooms is the large bonus room, featuring two twin beds and pull-out trundles that can comfortably sleep 4 more guests. The bonus room also features a gaming lounge area with PS4, Nintendo Wii and a retro game console that features over 3,000 retro arcade games.
​Heading down to the basement level, you will find yourself in ~1,000 square feet of lounge and gaming space with full size pool table, darts and the ultra-modern Entertainer’s bar featuring sitting area, ice maker, wine fridge, beverage fridge, 55” smart tv and a bar to mix the perfect cocktail at the end of a long day on the water. Plus an extra couch and TV! Hosting a rich collection of DVDs and games for anyone to enjoy.
​Attached to the basement living area is the fourth bedroom with queen bed, also known as the Second Primary bedroom with it’s very own attached screened-in porch boasting wonderful views of the lake. The third bath with walk-in shower is conveniently adjacent to this bedroom.

​Full outdoor kitchen with Hot Tub, Bull gas grill, Kegerator, fridge, fire pit, green space, cornhole and of course….the private dock that has space for you to bring or rent your own boat. Overall 5 star

Plenty of room with our group of eight. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. House was spotless clean and very roomy. Armenia was quick to answer questions. We kept our boat outside the covered area for the entire stay. Cove was calm with no other boats going by. We rented the owner’s jet ski for a half day. Cost was less than nearby rental companies and owners son was nice as could be getting the wave runner prepped. Definitely would stay there again. No complaints.

Family trip to NC

We had an overall relaxing time. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. This was ideal for the family we had with us. The walk down to and back up from the dock is not the easiest, especially with little kids but we made it work. Internet is also sketchy in the area however the WiFi in the house was solid.

Fantastic

The house is beautiful and spacious, our group of 8 adults and 3 children (ages 2-8) had plenty of room to enjoy our stay! Our family loves to cook together and the kitchen appliances/set up is wonderful! We did rent the waverunners and we all had fun utilizing all the water/lake accessories! Armenia was prompt with responses regarding questions. Would definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone!

Great Property - Very Nice for Entertaining

The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The property is very nice with lots of space for gatherings. It has a wide open floor plan and a huge basement. There is a lot to do, pool table, paddle boards, peddle boats, games, movie, hot tub, etc. The only draw back was the fact that the lake was very low due to a drought when we went so we did not have a great "lake view" but we were still able to get out and peddle boat, etc. We would stay at this property again.

A relaxing and fun filled week

This beautifully decorated spacious house was great for our family vacation of 12 people with ages ranging from 8 to 49. There was something for everyone; floating by the dock, fishing, jet skis, pontoon boat, hot tub and playing many rounds of pool and darts. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had throughout the week. The house was clean and ready to use when we arrived at check in time. You are tucked away in a cove so it is very peaceful but it does take some time to get out to the main lake for other water activities. I would highly recommend this house for its beauty, cleanliness, amenities and the ease of communication with the owner.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

We booked this home for a long weekend getaway for 10 adults. Our stay could not have been any more perfect! We arrived and were immediately impressed by Armenia's gorgeous home, which looked even more beautiful in person than in photos. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. a kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials, lots of entertainment elements, and a lovely outdoor space. We were especially excited by all the water floats and boats available and utilized them throughout the weekend! We also enjoyed the hot tub in the outdoor grill space, as well as the fire pit. In terms of logistics, there was plenty of room to park vehicles. The proximity to the airport, Publix for groceries, and other attractions was a plus. All appliances and home features were in excellent condition. We had lots of space, especially considering the size of our group. Armenia was an excellent communicator and implemented lots of little touches that made us feel truly welcome. This home had everything we could have hoped for and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to others!

Beautiful lake front house

We really enjoyed our stay! It is very spacious lake front house and perfect for our 4 families with kids from infants to teens. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and back porch area. Sheets, towels, kitchen staples and water accessories were well appointed and appreciated by the group. The owner’s quick communication was also much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent holiday vacation

Although we used this lake front property in the off season for a family getaway, the impeccable home with all its amenities made the trip a great memory for us all. The house was clean and the owner/manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. Between the hot tub, bar area, fire pit and gaming area, we had plenty to keep us entertained with the cold, winter weather. I would definitely recommend this house to others considering it for rental.

Womens over 50 Getaway

This house is absolutely amazing. The pictures do not capture just how big and roomy this home really is. The kitchen has everything and more and opens up to a beautiful roomy living area with a large screened in porch The upstairs bedrooms are huge and plenty of beds for big family or two. The downstairs great room was are favorite area with the pool table, darts TV area and bar and another huge screened in porch off the bedroom. Another huge area to spread out. The outside deck and below deck were also great to have. The hot tub and BBQ area was amazing as well. Unfortunately the lake was really low so we were not able to use the lake toys. No fault of the owner. The fire pit would of been great but it rained both days we were there. All in All if I could rate this place a 10 I would. The owner of this property was easy to reach out to and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!! We will definitely be back.

Amazing!

Absolutely stunning property in the most beautiful lake setting! Modern, updated home with all the bells and whistles. The hosts were equally fabulous and sent over someone with a brand new keurig when we discovered that ours wasn't working! Would recommend 10/10 and my friends and I are considering a second visit! :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

The house was amazing!! We booked this house for a getaway weekend with a group of girls and it could not have been more perfect! Amazing House

We had such a good time at this lakefront property. It was spotless when we arrived and everything was just as advertised. The cove is very quiet and although there are neighbors, it feels very secluded. 10/10 would return again. Host was quick to respond and we had no issues accessing the house.

Awesome Lake House with all the toys

The house was beautiful. Came with all kinds of fun activities. Pool Table, kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat. Tubes for boating. Great fire pit. So much fun kids had a blast. Got a boat delivery right to the doc. Can't wait to go back!! Host was very fast responding to any questions we had.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was a perfect property for our girls' weekend at the lake! The house was beautiful -- the pictures don't do it justice! It had everything we needed, and the host was super responsive. There's also Publix about 10 minutes from the property which was convenient.

Great place!

I LOVED Armenia’s home! It was spectacular! Everything was great and the hosts were so accommodating! Everything was clean and lovely! The pictures of the home didn’t do it any justice as this house is so much more spacious and beautiful in person! The only downsides that we had was that we didn’t have great reception out there and everything was at least 10 minutes from the home. I also realized that this home has many steps so elderly people can’t deal with this flaw but this has been my experience with all lake homes I have stayed at. I understand that the downsides are out of the owners control but it is still something that I’d like to note. Other than that, everything was amazing and I would definitely look forward to coming back!

Exceeded expectations!!

This house is gorgeous! But even better than that, it's stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself! We kayaked, paddle boarded, fished off the dock, had a campfire, soaked in the hot tub... It was amazing! It's so private and beautiful. The owner was so quick to reply to any questions and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Armenia’s home is easily one of the nicest Lake homes we have stayed and the sentiments were echoed through our whole group of 12. Beautiful home, great amenities, communication and location were incredible. My group wants to make this an annual trip in big part because of how comfortable and how entertaining the home was.
