The Space:

Welcome to our spacious business and family-friendly home, perfectly situated in the University area of Charlotte! Downstairs, you'll find a comfortable great room, ideal for gatherings and relaxation. Upstairs, discover a large master suite complete with a mounted 65 inch flat screen tv and private office space, perfect for those needing to work, study, or Chillax, :-) Two additional bedrooms provide ample space for the rest of your guests. Outside, enjoy our hot tub for ultimate relaxation, as well as a BBQ grill for fun outdoor meals. The home is equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a washer and dryer, wireless internet access, a hot tub, pool table, and much more. This home provides a relaxing, comfortable base for exploring Charlotte. Please note that the hot tub is for adult use only.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire house during your stay. This includes the spacious great room, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for preparing meals, and the upstairs master suite with a private office space and a 65-inch flat screen TV. You'll also have access to two additional bedrooms and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Outside, unwind in the hot tub (adult use only) or fire up the BBQ grill for a fun outdoor meal. Wireless internet access is available throughout the property, and you're welcome to use the pool table for some friendly competition. The entire property, inside and out, is yours to enjoy during your stay.

For those seeking entertainment, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), NASCAR and other entertainment sites are nearby. Enjoy the tranquility of our neighborhood while still being close to the vibrant pulse of Charlotte. Uptown Charlotte is also easily accessible, approximately a 15-minute drive. Whether you're craving a casual meal, planning a shopping spree, or exploring the local university, everything you need is within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our University area home is easy! For those flying in, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Public transportation options are available, with bus stops located nearby, providing access to various points in the city. While we don't have direct access to a train station, the LYNX Blue Line light rail is accessible via bus connections, offering a convenient way to explore Uptown Charlotte and beyond. Parking is free and readily available on the premises for your convenience. Whether you're planning to explore the city, visit UNCC, or enjoy a day out, getting around from our home is a breeze.

Please take note of these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Parking is free and readily available on the premises. For your safety, there are outdoor security cameras. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or around the property, and a fee will be applied if violated. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Please respect our quiet time policy, which is after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends. The hot tub is for adult use only, and guests use it at their own risk. Pets are allowed with prior consent and a one-time fee, and must be kept off the furniture. Please be mindful of the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the registered guest. Extra fees apply for unscheduled late checkouts and for excessive guests.
