Welcome to Memory Maker - a beautiful, private high-end home located directly on Lake Norman with a private seasonally heated pool, spa and much more!

Long time, highly rated vacation rental property under new ownership and management - check back during the first couple of months of 2026 as we update some furniture, decor and paint - we are excited to host you as our guest in 2026!

The Memory Maker name could not be more appropriate for this amazing waterfront property as family and friends will gather here for years to come, making unforgettable memories! This 3-level home is peacefully situated in a quiet section of Lake Norman and is ideal for up to 14 guests. As you enter the front door, you'll immediately take in the long-range property views through a wall of lakeside windows. On the main floor you will find the primary living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen, screened in porch as well as the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom - both with en-suite bathrooms. Head upstairs to the bunk room with 4 total beds and its own private bath.

The lower level is all about entertaining! As you come down the steps, you'll see a family area with a large SMART TV and it's own gas fireplace.....and then it is game time! Turn up your competitive juices for a game of cards, ping pong or foosball! Also on the lower level you'll find a guest room with 2 queen beds, a full bathroom and off the main family area, a flex space containing a twin bunk (plus Queen sleeper sofa) set to provide flexible sleeping options for your family and friends!

.....and now the best part, the outdoor amenities! Located off of the lower level, head outside where you'll find your private heated pool (heated between April 15th and October 15th each year), spa (available year-round) and tons of seating including an outdoor island with a propane-based grill! As you head lakeside, the property includes kayaks, paddleboards, a lakeside firepit with firewood provided and corn hole boards! The attention to details and amazing amenities will be bring enjoyment for your family and friends whether you are planning your summer vacation or just looking to enjoy all that the greater Lake Norman area has to offer at any time!

Property Notes:
- Included in the rate is heating of the pool to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th - based on sun warmth, actual temperatures may be higher than 81. Contact us if you want to heat the pool during the off-season - may not be possible due to exterior temperatures but will be considered for an additional expense.
- This property does have exterior facing cameras to protect the home during times of vacancy.
- The property is on a private well and 3 bedroom septic system with the house having 4 rooms with beds as well as the open living room area twin bunk and Queen Sleeper Sofa.
- Lake Norman is a man-made lake, water levels will vary throughout the year.
