Our stay was amazing. Very nice and up to date. It’s located about 15mins from Lake Norman docking

Awesome Location

This was a great place and we really enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located to so much. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

New Years 2023

Very fun experience, had to share a bathroom with 10 people but we managed under the circumstances. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Worth the trip.

While floors were being redone

Very clean and well-equipped. Plenty of options on the tv, beds were comfortable. presence of only 1 bathroom was manageable as there were only three of us.

We’ve stayed at this property before and the house itself is a fine space.What brought this stay down to 3 stars was an interaction with the host around early check-in. We agreed to 2.5 hours early for 85. After we accepted, the time was changed to 2 hours early with no adjustment to the price. When we raised it, the host declined to prorate.As repeat guests, this left us feeling like the communication wasn’t fully straightforward. Hosts are absolutely entitled to set their own pricing, but we’d encourage future guests to request a full list of the house rules and get all details in writing before agreeing to any add-ons.

Golf Weekend - 4 guys

Property was as described. Clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the property. Only issue was that I did not get an email with check in instructions, but the owner/manager responded quickly when I contacted him the day before .... So no real issue. It worked great for four guys as each had their own room. Having 1 bathroom was not an issue for us, but you should consider this carefully if travelling with family or more people.

Generally good but could benefit from a few little things

House was as described and very clean. However, there were only two hooks in the bathroom and no other places to hang towels. A couple more hooks in the bathroom and some hooks on the back of doors in the bedrooms are needed. Also, in 2 of the rooms there was no furniture other than the bed and a small end table so no place to put suitcase (or wet towels). A simple table in each room would make a big difference. Other than that we enjoyed the house and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Recent Davidson Trip

My overall impression of the property is mixed. With only one bathroom, it took some coordination and there were only four of us on this trip. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. The house was clean, and we really enjoyed the TVs in each room! Some constructive feedback: I'm used to other rentals providing more in terms of a coffee bar setup. There was a canister of decaf available, and some instant coffee, so as passionate coffee drinkers we had to buy our own. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning if coffee is important for travelers. We were able to buy some delicious coffee at Summit so it was only an issue on our first day. We visit Davidson frequently, as we have a Freshman who attends the college there. Although we have been to Davidson several times, we weren't familiar with the location behind the Roosevelt park area, but I have to say it's not the greatest. Many of the properties surrounding this rental are eyesores and unkept, and I don't think the pictures accurately portray that reality. That said, our rental was the nicest property in the neighborhood, so it has been shown some TLC in terms of curb appeal. Otherwise, this is not a rental where you could sit outside and enjoy any kind of view. I think providing a picture of what is outside the windows of the property would be helpful for renters. My exchanges with the owner were positive, although I would have liked to have more information about the check-in process prior to my arrival. We were given our check-in code at 4:00 on the day of our arrival. Granted that is the listed check-in time, but since we were traveling from Kentucky I had a little anxiety when we were almost there and still hadn't received any instructions on how to gain access to the property. Finally, the water pressure for the only shower is really, really weak. I have never had to spend as much time in a shower to get the soap out of my hair. Since there is only one bathroom, this meant that it took us all a long time to get ready. The rental sleeps up to 10 people, but be advised that the water pressure and the single bathroom situation are definitely something to consider if traveling with more than two people. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. It is close to town, clean, and comfortable for a small group. We probably won't choose to stay there again on our future trips to the area. But it is affordable and convenient to the many amenities that Davidson has to offer.

Great for a group visit to Davidson

Great space for a small group trip to Davidson! Within reasonable walking distance to campus, Main Street, and Harris Teeter. Really appreciated the amenities — some basic ingredients in the cabinets and smart tvs — to make a multi-day stay more comfortable.

Clean and Spacious

The property was very clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The host even provided our group with some snacks and wine. All the beds were made with clean linens and towels were available for use by our group. Would stay again if visiting Davidson in the future.

You would never know how big it is inside from the outside

Beautiful place, appliances all up to date beautiful Shower...comfy bed... 2 things it's only 1 bathroom for a 4bedroom home and that Thermostat although nice was so hard to work. Overall we had a great time and the hosts were also very nice and accommodating and left us a welcoming bottle of wine NICE TOUCH WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN.
