«En general aparte de que no ay alimentos niguno serca no ay restauratn ni bar en el hoter solo en la.piscina sin musica ni entrantes nada muy mala esperincia pot.lo demas la.isla.si es bonita sus playas y servicio de taxi aunque costoso y los alimentos tanto en mercado.como en los restaurante costosos y de calidad media segun tambien los regionales de la isla .,igual fue una experiencia mas.. volveria avenir. «Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front ...

«The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase.

«It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night.
