«Staff was AMAZING. Great location! However, the room wasn’t ready until 5 and we just rode in on motorcycles in the rain. Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated. I don’t think that was the case.»

«Communication with the host was great, quick and clear responses throughout the process. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make the trip due to extremely poor road conditions, even after trying to drive there. We are from west Michigan, and while we understand “up north” Michigan weather can be unpredictable, the strict no-refund policy was disappointing given the circumstances. Even a partial refund or credit toward a future stay would have gone a long way in making the experience feel fair and ...
