«Great location, ocean is out the patio. The place was clean and decorated nicely. All the necessities were there, plus some. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Short drive into Charleston for sightseeing. Not owners issue but they were "making beach" so 24x7 bulldozer work. Noise not bad while sleeping. Next time bigger beach.»

«We had a great stay and the location was perfect. Easy walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars without having to deal with paying to park. Unfortunately the beach restoration project was right in front of our condo but that was at no fault to anyone. Just bad timing.»

«House was just as depicted online. Nice pool in a private well landscaped back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to accommodate everyone in our party. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the little town of Folly Beach as well as the beach. My favorite touch - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. were provided to get you started! Hosts were very reachable to communicate with.»

«It was a wonderful ladies trip. Everything was as beautiful as noted. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The view was amazing the ocean the pier. Short walk to restaurants and Shop was awesome. Just a short drive to Charleston with wonderful things to do there beautiful city, love this place had all the room we need plenty of bedrooms bathrooms for six ladies could’ve had eight ladies. Highly recommend.»

Instructions were very clear and they were always available when there were questions and got back to us right away. We will definitely consider staying there again. »

«It was a nice place with a good pool and a nice beach. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay. With our family of five, it was a pain to do the dishes by hand. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice. I also liked being able to easily walk to IOP. My only other wish was for more beach stuff available in the condo for the kids to play with.
