There are ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and covered balcony. Guests enter Sunshine Daydream by taking the elevator or stairs to the second floor and entering the front door of the villa. Once you enter the front door, you will find a central hallway that connects all four bedrooms with the kitchen, dining & living room areas. The galley-style kitchen, dining room and living room areas have ocean views through the sliding doors that lead to the villa's private, covered balcony. Relax with a good book, sip a cocktail or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Off-street parking within the gated community for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Sunshine Daydream is located within a residential condominium community. Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The 10 person maximum occupancy is the maximum number of people that you may have in the unit at anytime -- day or night -- during your stay. Pets are not permitted in the condo and you may not smoke. These are causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
