Welcome to Fin & Tonic where you can sit back with a cool beverage on the large deck spaces and watch the dolphin, boats, and wildlife along the Folly River. Luxurious coastal décor makes this feel like your home away from home. Pet friendly with fee.

Featuring a reverse floor plan, the second floor has an open layout. Lounge on the large sectional while watching Lowcountry scenery out the floor to ceiling windows, or movies and your favorite shows on the living room smart TV. Wooden dining table has seating for 6. Cook in style in the modern, high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, and fully stocked with cookware, flatware, serveware, small appliances, etc. Enjoy ample counter space on the gorgeous marble countertops and island, which also has bar seating for 3 guests to keep you company. Half bath located just off the living room. Look out onto full river views from the living room and kitchen.

Walk out onto the covered balcony off the living room with seating. Go up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck. Gaze upon panoramic river views from both deck spaces and feel the cool breeze as the world goes by.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Oversize master suite connects to an office, should you find yourself needing to be on a "workcation," or if your kids need a place to study. Just bring your laptop or device needed to hook up to the monitor provided. Master bedroom suite provides privacy like no other with your own private escape giving you access to the small screen porch with river views. Bedroom includes a smart TV and a king bed, along with a full, en suite master bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom 2 is cozy with a queen bed and bedroom 3 sleeps two guests with two twin beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the full bathroom located in the hallway. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Free parking for 1-2 vehicles in the garage and a 3rd vehicle can be parked in the driveway/grassy area in front of the garage. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Washer/dryer is in the 1st floor hall closet for easy access. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Folly Beach downtown area and the beach are just across the bridge, which is a short walk, bike, or drive away. Allow about 17 minutes if walking to the beach. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! No events or parties allowed. Maximum occupancy of the home, of 8 guests, cannot be exceeded, regardless of sleeping or visiting. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
