«The little blue cottage was perfect for our time in Charleston.The kitchen was completely equipped with a full size fridge and everything we needed.The cottage was very clean and tidy.Off-street parking was perfect. One note, the main bed is in a loft with a slightly steep ladder. The ladder was super sturdy with nice wide steps so we were very comfortable with getting up and down.We were very happy with this property and would def recommend it.»

Only issues were hard floors needed to be mopped…our feet were black on bottoms. Also, not in best area of town, but awesome once inside. »

«We stayed in this beautiful cottage for one night, en route to Florida. I am so happy we did! You will need nothing upon arrival (they supply a variety of teas, coffees, clean towels, laundry supplies, amd toiletries). "Amazing hotel, wonderful people and great hospitality. Everyone made you feel welcome from the second you walked in. Valet parking guy saved my day - he was so friendly. People at check-in were all so helpful and kind. Room was cozy and interior lovely. Bathroom had a great size -loved the shower. Breakfast basket day 1 was fantastic -a little less great day 2 but still cute and I enjoyed having it delivered to the door. Rooftop restaurant food was very nice and the server/bartender very serviceminded. The restaurant check-in staff looked like they did not want to be there - there were 3 of them doing nothing (no guests except for the people at the bar counter mid afternoon Friday) - it was not a friendly welcome. Decided to ignore them because the guy behind the bar was very customer focused. Same strange attitude when I left. Library was cozy and worked well as a place to work. Overall an amazing spot with a great location. The people made my stay wonderful and just what I needed after a hectic work week and lots of travelling. Thank you. "

"Andrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time. So perhaps an idea to move to a bit later, to enable time for guests to be back from day-activities. "
