«Couldn’t ask for more! This Folly rental is unique because it’s tucked under a protective grove of trees, whoch keeps you cool on hot days and sheltered from the wind. We pretty much lived between the shady front deck and the cozy little sunroom, which was especially magical during a thunderstorm. We walked to the beach frquently too, it’s only a block away! «Enjoyed our stay! Great location to Folly Beach’s restaurants, shopping, pier and beaches. Just a couple of things that I observed. The lamp on the left side of the bed was a little wobbly around the bulb when trying to turn on and off. I have MS and my balance is a little off so I noticed the top on pedestal sink in the bathroom was loose. When I would hold on to it while brushing my teeth I had to be careful. «We really enjoyed our stay, Marilyn made us feel at home and checked to make sure everything was fine upon arrival. My wife and I stayed with our two dogs and the neighborhood and surrounding area is dog friendly. The house has a swimming pool and two screened in porches which we enjoyed and the location is great. «We loved the place. The location (neighborhood) looks sketchy but it was actually very quiet. The house was perfect for what we needed. I will say that the AC in both smaller bedrooms was not working very well. It got pretty toasty. But everything else was great.»

«I have stayed here several times in different rooms! Very attentive staff if you need them!! Great location if you are not interested in staying close to the shopping section of King Street!
