«Passing through stay, floor was damp from carpet shampooing earlier in the day.. so clean, okay. One bed had a stain on the sheet- front desk immediately came up and changed it no hesitation. Elevators were HOT, hallways were HOT.. however the previous hotel was the same way not the same chain. Staff was friendly. Floors and walls were not exceptionally clean but was okay. Breakfast was very good. Centrally located and easy to walk around town & perfect location for highway stop.»

«Location is nice I just wish they would beautify the area . The view is of the old mall and the balcony doesn’t open . My room was 63 degrees all night and I was freezing . You can not turn the heat on and fix the issue either cause it’s a boiler system . «I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again!»
