«Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay.»

«Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of ...

«The hotel is in an excellent location, closed to lots of restaurants and with an amazing view of the river. But what really stood out was the arte and help received from K, who took the time to explain in minute details everything I had do to on K visit to the National Park and even was so kind to take care of all the bookings for me, which made my trip a lot easier and enjoyable. Thank very much for everything and I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Wulingyuan.»

«Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.»
