«This hotel is fantastic! Right at the foot of the Avatar mountains, with stunning views. The staff was super helpful—booked all our park tickets and shuttles for us. The pools are huge and perfect for relaxing, and breakfast had lots of local choices. Everything was clean, comfy, and well-organized. Highly recommend!»

Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. «The hotel is in an excellent location, closed to lots of restaurants and with an amazing view of the river. But what really stood out was the arte and help received from K, who took the time to explain in minute details everything I had do to on K visit to the National Park and even was so kind to take care of all the bookings for me, which made my trip a lot easier and enjoyable. Thank very much for everything and I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Wulingyuan.»

«Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of ...

«Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.»
