«The host was attentive and responded to my emails ahead of our visit in a timely manner. He also came to the house during our stay to make sure everything was ok and provided us with more flatware since we had 16 people for Thanksgiving dinner. The house was advertised as being immaculate and it was. There was also sufficient cookware and serving dishes for all the sides we planned for. «The house is very clean and nice. The living spaces are well maintained and comfortable and so are the bedrooms. I would recommend this property.The only downsides were that we had trouble getting in contact with the host and we were also not sent the check-in or check-out instructions and had to specifically ask for them upon arrival »

«Nice, quiet neighborhood»

«Love this house!After a long day of touring, this place was a welcome respite and very comfortable for our family of 6. The neighborhood was quiet with a park, a playground and a basketball court across the street. The landscaping was beautiful and we had a daily early morning visit by the neighborhood fox!!Annie was personable, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. If we make a return trip to DC, I would not think of staying at another VRBO. »

«Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.»
