«The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was spot on. The only drawback was dirty laundry in the hall for our first day at the hotel. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be useful. We were very happy with this nice hotel.»

«Location was great which is why we chose it, but, unfortunately it is really a dump. No amenities to speak of. Had to ask for a wastebasket. Only one towel. There were two of us. No Kleenex or cups. Floor and closet had some debris on it. Closet was bare walls that someone started to paint. Paint drips on the floor. Bed was ok. On the soft side, but comfortable. Pillows were terrible. «When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival. Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out»

«Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!»

«Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. «I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. «Lightning for the bathroom sink area was inadequate! The air conditioning did not maintain temperature well. The weighted cover was, in my opinion, way too warm. It helped emphasize the irregularities of the air conditioner. Food was good. Room was quiet. People were all nice.»

«This hotel was so dirty. We had long black hair in the sink (my husband and I are blondes) Looked like blood marks on our wall. The hallways carpet was dirty and everything smelled. Wish we could have continued our trip instead of staying there. Total waste of money. The most disgusted hotel I have ever stayed at.»
