«This space was very small but perfect for a place to gather when not touring the battlefields of Gettysburg; we really enjoyed using the outside gear like cornhole. The parking space was very generous. I really loved that the space could fit eight people and provided EIGHT places to sit around the table. So many places forget to do that. Was a very quiet place.»

«We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful & roomy house! Very clean and the host is wonderful & fast with responses! Thank you so very much! We highly recommend! »

«Was a nice place to stay for what we needed. We were able to use the garage to park vehicles. Nice, secluded quite area.»

«This was probably the most hospitable I've ever booked on VRBO! The place was GREAT; very quiet and peaceful... was stocked with snacks, juices and waters, and fresh fruit from their produce stand (we even stopped at the stand to get more!). Nice back yard with a fire pit and outdoor games. We'll definitely be staying here again when we're back in the area!»

«Wonderful, open indoor space.»

«Our stay was peaceful and quiet for sleeping and the house was very clean and well stocked. Much much better than staying in our usual hotel in Shippensburg. Loved the enclosed back porch area the most!»

«We have claimed this lovely Homestead as our future Home rental when visiting our family in Gettysburg. This enhanced bright farmhouse is a tranquil escape. Fresh, clean and very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen of high end appliances. High quality, comfortable furniture and bedding. Large bathrooms included plenty of thick towels and showering products. Enjoyed morning walks on the private country road. Our little dog was able to frolic this countryside without a leash… she was elated. ...

«The house and property were truly wonderful. We were looking for a secluded and quiet place, where we could be closer to nature, and this was the perfect fit. Sitting on the deck enjoying the quiet with our morning coffee while our dogs explored the yard below was so peaceful. The hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge provided much needed recovery after hiking. We were even able to have our grandchildren visit for a family dinner, some games of cornhole, and finished with the host-provided s’mores ...

«The stay and place was awesome and my family and I will definitely be booking again »

«I cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had staying at Denise & Mike's lovely cottage. They went above and beyond to make sure our family gathering was perfect...and it truly was. Sitting on the front porch sharing coffee in the a.m. and wine in the evening. Board games, chats and laughter until our bellies ached. Our family spent our much needed reunion sharing long overdue times making more wonderful memories. Upon arrival we found the property even more special than we imagined from ...

«This is a really nice house. It was clean and spacious. It’s in a quiet setting with a fishing stream across the road. We only stayed one night but would return.»
