«This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort.»

«Great place and host was very accommodating. Just outside The main part of town but was able to do so much. Snowboarding a couple times, Snow mobile ride, good thai food and soaked in the hot springs (a little stinky though). Cabin had everything we needed (or could want) to make meals, coffee, etc. Beds were very cozy. Beautiful starry nights and amazing sun rises»

«This by far was the cleanest and best kept cabin we’ve ever stayed at in the area. Period. Cabin was well equipped with all the necessary essentials. We were so impressed with the construction and finish and attention to detail of this little cabin. Perfect size and layout for our family. The wood stove at the end of the day was the perfect touch. «We had a picture perfect Christmas in the most quaint but roomy cabin. Sayra was a very responsive and informative host always answering my questions. The cabin has all the necessities including a Christmas tree, abundance of games and DVDs, all the kitchen supplies you can imagine, etc etc. It’s the perfect location away from town but is easy and quick to get into Pagosa Springs. «Beautiful home with a crazy view that was very nice to look at in the mornings! It was nice to open the windows and enjoy the cooler weather! WiFi didn’t end up working but if you’re looking for a “off the grid” getaway it’s perfect! Cleanliness could have been more important as dishes had to be rewashed due to past food/drinks; dust and cobwebs were pretty bad. Overall a very nice honeymoon for me and my wife.»

This one is by far one of the most complete properties we have ever stayed at while keeping the rustic aesthetic. «The property was very nice and overall our stay was good. One problem is that the neighborhood was affected by a water main issue that lasted for a day. However, it appears the issue happened once before as well. I understand the water supply is out of the property management's control and the manager did organize the ability for us to use another rental's bathroom. But I would have expected a credit or some refund offered for our trouble, especially given the cost of the rental.»
