Fantastisk Hotel med fantastisk personale.
Fantastisk Hotel på stranden, hvor du får tilbake kreftene. Det skjer ikke mye i området, men en liten Taxitur til Hua Hin løser det meste.

They want to be 4+ or 5 star so bad, but alas
They want to be 4+ or 5 star so bad, but they still have some more steps to take. All in all a good hotel, but there were several minor - and I emphasis minor - things throughout the stay that didn't bring up that luxury feeling. It wasn't as clean at it should be, the local area provided few options and the hotel itself the same - especially for dining/food experiences. We were promised free dinner (on hotels.com) but was charged for the dinner. In addition, we did not get a room with sea-view as we had ordered. On the bright side, they had wifi better then I've experienced on any hotels like this before. High speed, low latency, no interruptions even when roaming around on the hotel premises.

I don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel
We were staying at The Palayanas for 7 days, in 4 of them it was a construction site. First they started to renovate so we couldn’t go down to the pool without going through a dark garage in the basement. There was obstacles on the ground so I injured myself . They renovated the men’s toilet so it couldn’t be used one day, they build up for a wedding two days with 25 men that worked nearby the pool so all the female guests were uncomfortable being there. And the day after that they started to renovate the grass. They gave us NO information before we got there or even when we checked in that this was going to happened that week. We talked to the manager everyday and everyday he promised us that this was the last day for any construction, wedding and so on. But everyday it was a new project going on. We wanted the money back so we could check in to a calm and relaxing hotel but we had prepaid the rooms and he said No. The only thing that he could do for us was to give us a 30% discount in the hotel restaurant and hotel bar which means we had to stay at the hotel to eat and drink to get something in “return” for this madness. Which means we get ZERO.

Great stay but for the toilet flush on last day!
We had booked two bed room, ocean view family suite for two nights. It was very spacious and comfortable Private beach Good breakfast Unfortunately, on the last day, our toilet flush did not work since morning. We called the room service to fix the problem. The technician tried for almost 1/2 hour and still did not fix. For the next few hours, we had to use the toilet in our children’s room. What could have been a great stay was a bit spoiled on the last day

これまでで一番のプールヴィラ
過去に何度かプールヴィラに泊まりましたが、ここまで広々として豪華な部屋は初めてでした。一階の寝室、バスルーム、シャワールームの広さも申し訳無い上、プールとテラスは二階にあり、広さ、ラグジュアリー感、リゾート感とも申し分無しでした。各階に大きめの冷蔵庫があり、プールサイドで飲む昼間のビール、夜のワインも最高でした。奥さんも大満足で、週末のプチ贅沢旅行にはちょうどいいのではないでしょうか。 唯一改善を期待したいのはホアヒン市街への送迎サービスの最終がホテル発17時、市街地発19時15分と早く、あと1時間遅ければ、プールも街ももっと楽しめて、皆さん喜ばれると思います。 とは言え、我が家には最高のホテルでしたー。

The hotel is nicely situated albeit a bit far from town if you want to go shopping. It is a small luxury hotel with lots of friendly staff. The hotel could use some renovating touches. The gym was small and all equipment that was connected to electricity i.e. treadmill, bike or stair master were all broken or semi broken. The rooms were supernice inside, but some of the outdoor facilities needed some love. The only "bad" or not really great thing about the hotel was the food. The breakfast was very nice, but the Night time food was only ok and if you consider that it is a 5 star hotel and that there is very else to choose from at this location it is a bit of a problem. The prices for food and drink were OK, by European standars very affordable but by Thai standars quite expensive.

We’ve got money stolen by Pickpocket
We’ve tried hotel spa and had trouble at there. My wife brought 4000 B with small bag to spa room and ended up she’s got stolen her 4000B after the massage. She didn’t stopped by any place and met any body from our room to spa room in the hotel. We believe something happened during massage. We are very disappointed with the facility that any pick pockets exist. We filed the claim to hotel but they don’t trust us at all. They covered our massage fee but our money didn’t come back. This is our worst experience we’ve ever had before.

There is no doubt that this place was a nice five stars hotel when built. But now the stars are gone and it urgently needs some serious maintenance. Poor breakfast, food quality in general is low and the rooms are not cleaned well. The Spa is a small ugly massage room. The villas have a large private pool but the double bedrooms are not connected and too independent to be an option for a family with young children. Very kind personnel but the management is extremely unprofessional. Cross your fingers that you will not need it.

Escape from chaos
We enjoyed our four nights staying at this lovely hotel. The amazing sun rising view with birds chirping from our balcony, especially inside the comfy jacuzzi is a plus. Spacious room and everything inside is superb comfy. It’s very delightful to walk thru the well maintained fairytale like garden path to the sea side restaurant and swimming pool. Only downside would be there is nothing much to do outside the hotel. But in general we are superb happy about everything in the hotel, friendly personnel, delicious food, nice holiday vibe. Recommended for people are looking for few nights escaping from the chaos!

We stayed in seaview room with 2 bedrooms, it is tidy and nice, which is suitable with kid. All staff are nice and helpful. It is convenient to walk to the beach with my kid. One thing not convenient is traveling and far away from night market and outside restaurants, but staff helps to call taxi and can arrive within 10 minutes.
