"Thank you for a suprisingly and nice stay. We choose this hotel because we needed a place to stay when our originally planned accommodation was cancelled. Instead we had to rely on Hotels.com and the friendly staff at Esperia Palace. The hotel area is clean and quiet, and with the air/climate some higher up, was refreshing now in August. Nice rooms with spacious and clean bathrooms. We hadn’t planned for visiting this area close to the volcano, but Zafferana Etnea is a lovely town. Just know that you have to walk 15 min from the hotel to get into the centre, and that the streets from the hotel is not that welcoming. Nice Spa and Pool-area. PS: remember to bring swim cap."

"Vakkert sted med god personlig service. De ordnet så vi ble hentet med bil i Randazzo (mot et tillegg, men likevel behagelig). De ordnet også så vi fikk room service med pinsa og et glass vin. Nydelig rom med utsikt over vinmarkene. De tilbyr aperitivo på kvelden i glassboksen. Anbefaler å bestille det, da det ikke er noen restauranter i nærheten. Veldig god mat, service og utsikt! Tok en face scrub og et bad i utendørsbassenget - veldig deilig! Vi overnattet kun ei natt og følte det var perfekt, men hadde ikke sagt nei til en natt til. "
