«Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean.
There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule.
Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water.
The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash.
Would stay again.»

«Beautiful , magical town! The hotel is a short walking distance from city center. Has a gorgeous roof top area to star gaze and relax. A lovely complimentary breakfast was served every morning. Would definitely stay there again! Showers were nice and hot, beds firm, room temperature fine.»

«There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.»

«We booked this hotel as it was a higher end luxury hotel and hence didn’t mind paying twice as much as the other hotels in the Sacred Valley. The gardens were beautiful and the exterior is cool, staff was friendly, nice big comfy bed and the dinner food was tasty.
Drawbacks were that it didn’t really feel as nice as we expected for the price. It’s quite old (not in a charming way), the cold water suddenly cut while showering scolding me, the toilet stopped flushing (no, we didn’t clog it :p), ...

«Overall, the hotel was okay considering the price. However, the beds were very hard, and the room was far too small for three people. There was hardly any space to store clothes, and it was not even possible to fully open a suitcase on the floor. The room was also very noisy, and there was a window above the door that let in a lot of light from the hallway, which disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was simple but very good.»
