«Everything was amazing especially staff»

«Hyggelig betǰening. Godt renhold. Fin beliggenhet. Hvis du kommer sent inn må du ha gjort avtale øå forhånd. Vi fikk en litt ubehagelig erfaring på det punktet, men klarte å løse det takket være en hjelpsom politimann.»

«Friendly staff»

«Personnel aimable, propre, petit dejeuner inclus»

«Veldig bra! Hyggelig ansatte»

«Stan and his wife were very helpful on planning our activities to archaeological sites. The breakfast was great and the location was close to main plaza and train station. Also price was affordable. Thank you for the great service.»

«We booked this hotel as it was a higher end luxury hotel and hence didn’t mind paying twice as much as the other hotels in the Sacred Valley. The gardens were beautiful and the exterior is cool, staff was friendly, nice big comfy bed and the dinner food was tasty. Drawbacks were that it didn’t really feel as nice as we expected for the price. It’s quite old (not in a charming way), the cold water suddenly cut while showering scolding me, the toilet stopped flushing (no, we didn’t clog it :p), ...

«Excised about the location and the great hospitality. The breakfast was exceeding every expectation from a small place like this. The size of the beds are not as expected. The promise: king bed was a queens size, the queen was a small double. The room should have a bathtub, and it did, unfortunately it could not be closed hence not filled with water. The shower had warm water for 2 persons, but as we were 4 it was slightly on the low side, as only receiving 2 towels for the family. The ...

«Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Ollantayambo. We stayed in a ‘bungalow’ which was on 2 floors. Kingsize bed with bathroom and seating area upstairs and double bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs and very nicely furnished with good views over the countryside. There was a small kitchen area with a microwave but bizarrely no crockery or cutlery. Kettle and teabags supplied but no coffee(!) Set in expansive gardens with alpacas wandering freely around. Comfortable room but beware the train ...

«I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well.»

«Quiet, friendly staff»

«The Stardome was truly an amazing experience, beginning with the staff, petting zoo, rooms, spiritual ceremony, observatory, food and location. This is a must stay when visiting Ollantaytambo.»

«Friendly staff. Clean rooms and very nice located. »

«Nice hotel set in a beautful valley. Had some problems with the food in the resturant. A place to relax. Note that they charge all consumption with an extra 10% servicecharge.»

«Simple but clean rooms and super service. Wifi did only work in shared areas, not in the room. Good breakfast and great location. About ten min walk to the train station.»

«Overall, the hotel was okay considering the price. However, the beds were very hard, and the room was far too small for three people. There was hardly any space to store clothes, and it was not even possible to fully open a suitcase on the floor. The room was also very noisy, and there was a window above the door that let in a lot of light from the hallway, which disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was simple but very good.»

«Very helpful staff, nice views and beds with proper duvet!»
