«The apartment was Ok. Not very well appointed and very limited cutlery and crockery.
It was mostly fine. We had a problem with water seeping up from the bathroom floor. We were offered another apartment but didn't want to go to the trouble of packing everything up again and then unpacking.
The traffic noise at night made it difficult to get to sleep.»

«The hotel is situated in a secure and nice part of the city. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped me with finding good restaurants, where to change money and other things. They also speak good English.
The included breakfast menu is sufficient and you can order additional items. I had dinner once in both the hotel restaurant and in the bar. The food and wine was very good. Buenos Aires is a great city and I would consider staying at Hotel Club Frances again.»
