«A wonderful little cottage on the lake. We were catching fish as soon as we got there. And don’t miss the beautiful sunsets.»

«Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. However, we accidentally took a book from the cottage and when we texted Todd, he responded immediately and was very helpful in how to return the book. The weather did not cooperate for ...

«Another great stay at the cottage, my home away from home in Shipshewana. Carla is a wonderful host and the cottage is the perfect place to stay when we're in town. It's got a sweet vintage vibe that is just far enough out to be peaceful yet close enough to take advantage of all the shops, restaurants and activities. We love it.»

«I cannot even explain how clean the property was. The place we stayed was amazingly clean and any problems we had all we had to do was reach out with the host and they got back to us within 15 to 20 minutes. This was one of the most amazing stays I’ve been at thank you for an amazing getaway.»

«This was a great family vacation. Everything thing we needed and more.we had such a good time with the water toys what a great weekend!.»

«Beautiful property!! Secluded yet close enough to town. They had so many extras. Including 14 lawn chairs, lots of towels, extra white folding tables, folding metal chairs and even a waffle maker! I would stay again !!! We have 13 people with plenty of room. Host was also very accommodating.»

«The owners put so much love and attention into their property . Excellent hosts!»

«Beautiful home. Very comfortable. The children loved the shallow water. Nice lake for Kayaking. Would love to come back.»

«It was a nice place. we wanted a weekend getaway with family and it was perfect.»

«Amazing secluded nature property! Amenities were excellent and the overall experience was great. The hosts were very accommodating and open with communication. Great place to getaway from noise and super relaxing. Beautiful birdwatching and trails!»

«We had a great weekend away! Beautiful property! Clean, well taken care of! Highly recommend!»

«Everything is not bad but the amount of bugs that get in from having the door open for 5 seconds is insane. There’s all kinds of bugs in here. Not pleasant. There’s one window unit to cool the entire house down. You don’t have much privacy someone is always on the property it’s a working horse ranch.»

«It was quite and peaceful… beautiful setting… loved the tiny house»

«Everything is in like new condition. Very clean, well kept and location is pretty cool.»

«We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!»

«Wonderful stay again… My only advice would be to get a flies swatteryou live in farm country. I did not spend my time there alone…»

«Clean cozy space that feels private. Well planned layout and supplies. Everything we needed. The animals grazing out back was an added morning bonus as we sat outside with our coffee. It's not far at all from all the bustle of Shipshewana activities,»
