«Nice hotel, nice people. Two things not good: No possibility to open the windows. The air in the room was therefore not fresh. The American breakfast is a joke. As a scandinavian, we’re used to having breakfast at a totally different level. Even the worst hotels in Scandinavia have a better breakfast than the best ones in the USA. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in.
