Welcome to Camp Conway! This A-Frame is ideal for couples or small families, nestled on a quiet neighborhood street. North Conway, only 10 minutes away offers shopping, the Conway Scenic Railroad, swimming in Diana's Bath's or the Saco River, and skiing! After a long day of adventure relax in the hot tub and make some burgers on the grill!



PLEASE SEE and READ the photos and description before booking :) This home has very steep stairs to the bedrooms. It is adorable and cute, but small.



The Space:

- This home has VERY steep stairs up to the bedrooms. They are not ideal for guests who may have mobility challenges. Please see the photos before booking.

- This home is in the woods. While this home is treated for insects there may be the occasional insect inside.

- During the winter the snow plow guy will come by within 24 hours after the storm. Shovels are provided if he cannot make it. AWD, 4WD, or snow tires may be needed. The neighborhood is flat so no hills making it easier :)

- The hot tub is professionally maintained. Please reach out if you have any issues :)

- This home is small, but the perfect getaway!!

PLEASE NOTE:

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.



✫ The crawlspace is reserved as owner space. Please be respectful of the items down there :)



✫ Please keep all dogs on a leash when on the property or in the neighborhood



Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home accept for the closet in the primary bedroom. We keep cleaning supplies in this closet. Please be respectful of these items :)



The Neighborhood:

Conway, New Hampshire, nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, is a picturesque town renowned for its stunning natural beauty. Its charming downtown area offers a blend of historic architecture, quaint shops, and cozy eateries, attracting visitors year-round. Outdoor enthusiasts flock to Conway for its abundant recreational opportunities, including hiking, kayaking, swimming, skiing, and snowboarding in the nearby mountains. With its vibrant community spirit and access to the great outdoors, Conway truly embodies the essence of New England living.



Getting Around:

This home is a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of downtown North Conway. 10-12 minute drive to the closest grocery store and drug stores.



Other Things to Note:

FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them inside and outside. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens (please avoid letting dogs on the beds or on the stairs), wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. PLEASE keep your dog on a leash, this is out of respect for our neighbors and for the safety of you and your dog. There are other dogs in the neighborhood.



FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community and neighbors, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
