I liked the layout and mattresses were nice and thick.
However, when I pulled the linens back I saw eye makeup all over. Not stains - I could wipe it away with my finger. Gross.
I choose this location due to the ratings on cleanliness so that was disappointing.
I called the desk (from my cell, as the room phone didn't work) and someone did come over fairly quickly to change both beds.
An hour later, we wanted to watch TV but the one remote in the room wasn't the correct one and we weren't able to use the TV. I called the desk again, a couple times, but apparently nobody is there after 8 so we were out of luck. (I went by the desk the next morning and got the correct remote so we could use the TV on our second night)
Another issue we had, was when we arrived the room was very chilly. The thermostat was set on 60 so I changed it to 72 and it didn't appear to make much movement but we went to bed fairly quickly.
I will also say that year round, my husband and I keep our ceiling fan on high and we have an AC going so our room stays at 64 degrees.
The hotel room never made it past 60 and I woke up a few times needing to add socks and layers of clothes so I could sleep.
The next morning, when I got the correct remote, I let them know that the heat didn't appear to be working.
I was told someone would come by. When we arrived back later that day I saw they turned it all the way up and it was warm. So the thermostat isn't really reliable.
The staff was friendly.
