«2nd summer in a row at this property in Ft Recovery. I would recommend this to anyone with families and kids. Our family had about 20 people here and it was wonderful from the pool to the barn and the park right next door.»

«We had a marvelous time at this wonderful location. We had guests from Cincinnati, OH; Clemson, SC; and Copenhagen, Denmark. We facility was as advertised and we had clear skies to view we saw totality of the solar eclipse. It was a life changing experience. To top it off the Lady Gamecocks won the National Championship.»

«Booked this beautiful home last minute for my kiddos to celebrate the end of the school year! The home was absolutely gorgeous. We felt right at home. My kids lived in the pool and when it was raining we played games and did the treasure hunt ! This is our second property of the host that we have stayed at and they are both just perfect! We already can’t wait for our next visit.»

«Nice, quiet location on the channel. Check-in was very simple. Upon entry of home, first impression very clean. Most everything was clean except the refrigerator and the back deck. We are non smokers with no pets. Deck left with butts and dog mess. Felt we had to clean up previous mess so we would not be charged. Would suggest Evolve update communication between book at the home and their online directions for the use of the garage. One area stated you could use, online said no access. Severe ...

This house provided a great location for our parents to come together and welcome our son home for a short weekend trip. We could all hang out together at meal times yet have our own areas to spread out.
