«Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. «The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. «Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. »

«We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.»
