«I am a picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and this place passed the test! Very clean. Pros: Cleanliness, location, easy parking, A/C was great, and it was spacious for 5 people. Cons: Kitchen is not well-stocked, pets can not be left unattended and you don't know that until you get the check-in information the day of, and blinds were broken in the bedroom and on the front door so you couldn't close them at all (that's a problem when people are changing in bedrooms) I would suggest the ...

«Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. «This is a fantastic cottage! Perfect for a solo traveler or two who are comfortable sharing a queen bed. (A truly comfortable queen bed!)Home is as-pictured, however what isn’t shown here (yet?) is the lovely garden, flowers, and outdoor seating area. This VRBO was the most perfect place of solitude and respite after terrific (but long and loud) days of professional development here in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Will definitely rebook for next summer!»

«I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.»
